all CMAC members and their staff, regardless of position.
Find Your Fit at Clubs
Find Your Fit at Clubs is a new CMAC Ontario Branch career exploration and networking event created specifically for students interested in discovering the diverse career opportunities available within the private club industry.
Throughout the day, students will hear from industry professionals, explore different career paths, and discover how their education, interests and skills can translate into a career in clubs. Participants will choose sessions focused on:
- Administration, Marketing & Finance
- Food & Beverage, Culinary & Events
- Club Operations & General Management
- Golf & Athletics
The day will also feature an industry panel, networking opportunities, and information about internships and future employment.
This event is for students only. Students do not need to currently work at a club to attend. It is open to students studying hospitality, golf, culinary, business, recreation and other related fields who are interested in exploring where their education could take them.
CMAC members are encouraged to help us spread the word by sharing this opportunity with students currently working at their clubs, family members, students in their professional networks, or anyone who may be interested in exploring a career in the private club industry.

About Us
The Ontario Branch of the CMAC has more than 80 clubs, mostly private golf, yacht, athletic and city clubs located in central and southern Ontario between Brantford on the West and Belleville on the East. At over 250 members, it is the largest Branch in CMAC and offers tremendous value for members through professional development, excellent opportunities for networking, promotion of club management as a career, and support through scholarships and donations.
