The CMAC Ontario Annual Meeting is one of the most important events on our calendar, bringing together club management professionals from across the province to connect, collaborate, and help shape the future of our association.

Held each spring, the Annual Meeting provides members with the opportunity to stay informed on branch initiatives, participate in governance, celebrate industry achievements, and strengthen relationships with colleagues and industry partners.

Each year, the CMAC Ontario Awards Program recognizes members who demonstrate leadership, innovation, dedication, and a lasting impact on the club management profession. From emerging leaders to long-standing contributors, the awards celebrate excellence across every stage of a member's career.

The Annual Meeting also features the popular Idea Fair, where clubs showcase innovative programs, initiatives, and best practices. Members are invited to explore the displays, connect with participants, and vote for their favourite entry. The winning submission is recognized during the event, while all entries are shared afterward to inspire clubs across Ontario.

2026 Annual Meeting Highlights

The 2026 CMAC Ontario Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Oakdale Golf & Country Club.

Members from across Ontario gathered for an evening of governance, networking, recognition, and collaboration. The meeting included the annual business session, reports from branch leadership and committee chairs, board elections, recognition of member achievements, and opportunities to connect over outstanding food and beverages provided by premier industry partners.

A highlight of the evening was the 4th Annual Idea Fair, where clubs showcased innovative ideas and successful initiatives from across Ontario. Members toured the displays throughout the event and cast their votes for their favourite submission. Congratulations to Toronto Cricket Skating & Curling Club, whose Bloom Bar entry was selected as the 2026 Idea Fair winner.

The Annual Meeting also celebrated the recipients of the 2026 CMAC Ontario Awards, recognizing outstanding professionals who continue to shape the future of the private club industry through their leadership, innovation, dedication, and lasting contributions to the CMAC community.

With nearly 300 members representing approximately 90 clubs across the province, the Annual Meeting continues to demonstrate the strength, professionalism, and collaborative spirit of the CMAC Ontario community.
