With a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years at some of Canada’s most respected private clubs, Paul’s influence in the industry continues to make a meaningful impact.
Professional Background & Club Leadership
Paul serves as General Manager & Chief Operating Officer at Bayview Golf & Country Club, a renowned private club in Markham, Ontario celebrated for its exceptional golf course, comprehensive athletic offerings, and vibrant member‑focused culture.
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Paul has held senior management roles at several of Canada’s top multi‑sport, social, and family clubs — including the Granite Club, The Boulevard Club, Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club, Island Yacht Club, Toronto Ski Club, and Badminton & Racquet Club of Toronto.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in operational excellence, member engagement, strategic planning, and transformative capital projects — all while maintaining a keen focus on enhancing the quality of services and experiences delivered to club members.
CMAC Ontario Branch Involvement
Paul brings his passion for professional excellence and industry collaboration to the Club Management Association of Canada (CMAC) Ontario Branch, where he serves as President on the Branch Board of Directors.
In this volunteer leadership role, he helps guide the branch’s strategic direction, supports initiatives that advance professional development opportunities, and fosters a strong, engaged community among club management professionals across Ontario. His leadership strengthens CMAC Ontario’s mission to champion the profession and elevate standards throughout the club industry.

As a Certified Club Manager (CCM), Honours Society member, and seasoned industry professional, Paul is recognized for his deep expertise and commitment to advancing the club management profession. He frequently contributes to industry discussions through speaking engagements at CMAC and CMAA conferences and has served on national committees, sharing insights on leadership, operational strategy, and governance.

The Ontario Branch of the CMAC has more than 80 clubs, mostly private golf, yacht, athletic and city clubs located in central and southern Ontario between Brantford on the West and Belleville on the East. At over 250 members, it is the largest Branch in CMAC and offers tremendous value for members through professional development, excellent opportunities for networking, promotion of club management as a career, and support through scholarships and donations.
