The Club Management Institute (CMI) is the education arm of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), which is responsible for the Certification Program adopted by CMAC. Participating in CMI accredited courses is one of the requirements for earning the Certified Club Manager designation. The Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation is an internationally recognized professional certification which attests that an individual has demonstrated proficiency in 11 competencies required for club managers. The CMAC website provides extensive information about the certification process, as well as the Joe Perdue Bursaries.
