In just 90 minutes, participants will explore the basic principles of pairing wine with food, taste select wines alongside curated bites, and gain practical tips for guiding club members with ease and professionalism. Whether working front-of-house or behind the scenes, staff will leave with a deeper appreciation for the role of wine in the dining experience and how it can elevate member engagement. No prior wine experience is required—just curiosity and a willingness to learn!

The Ontario Branch of the CMAC has more than 80 clubs, mostly private golf, yacht, athletic and city clubs located in central and southern Ontario between Brantford on the West and Belleville on the East.
